• The oldest tenant must be at least 21 years old
  
• No smoking in the apartments
  
• You will receive additional house rules via the info mail, 2 to 7 days before arrival.
• 1 pet can stay in the Ocean Breeze apartment at an additional cost (unless otherwise agreed)
• Pets are not allowed in Apartment Atlantic Wave.
